A website is an important part of any company , business or service provider because of its reliability and stability , it will always be there as long as you keep it as opposed to social media platforms that come and go .
In 2018 #facebook claimed that people reduced the time they spent on #facebook by 50 million fewer hours than they did before. So If you think having a page on social media is enough to attract new customers, think again. It is not enough to have a Facebook page, because every other business has one. You may not think much of a website but your #customers expect you to have one because it confirms to them that you are a real business and they can trust you enough to buy from you or get services from you.
A website is a good place to influence your brand perception by telling your clients or investors your own story and it also gives you a fair chance to compete with your competitors, especially the giants in the similar industry .
So if you’re looking to have more control over your online presence, have a website.
